1966 Epiphone Texan FT-79N. This guitar has been through a lot. The neck has been reset, bridge has been reglued. Several cracks repaired and a hole in the back patched. The finish is weather checked all over and worn through in places. Serious pick wear below the pickguard. Lots of nicks, dings, dents and scratches. The "E" on the pickguard is gone, although there's an indentation in the pickguard where it used to be. I think the tuner buttons have been replaced and the bridge pins are not original.
